WHY FEOLADI

Thousands of years ago, the word fēo (pronounced f-ee-o) was used by the ancient Greeks to describe the cultivation of an exquisite fruit. In the olive groves of the ancients, the word was synonymous with the production of excellent quality olive oil – which the ancient Greek poet Homer called “liquid gold.”

Today, we are revitalizing the word fēo.

OUR VISION

Guided by our personal vision and purpose, which is to produce exceptional olive oil, we harvest the olives between mid-November and early December.

The olives are pressed on the first round of extraction. No heat or chemical additives are used to extract the oil from the olives. It’s a process that starts immediately after the olives have been picked.

Fēo olives are delicately hand-picked to prevent bruising and cold pressed so their amazing fresh fruity flavor is never compromised. Our ultra premium extra virgin olive oil is produced in limited quantities. Quality is our main goal.

Feoladi is a rebirth rooted in the modern cultivation of an ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil of extra low acidity.
