Thousands of years ago, the word fēo (pronounced f-ee-o) was used by the ancient Greeks to describe the cultivation of an exquisite fruit. In the olive groves of the ancients, the word was synonymous with the production of excellent quality olive oil – which the ancient Greek poet Homer called “liquid gold.”
Today, we are revitalizing the word fēo. Its rebirth rooted in the modern cultivation of an ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil of extra low acidity.
Our ultra premium extra virgin olive oil is produced in limited quantities. Quality is our main goal.
